The beef brisket was fall apart tender and had soaked up all that flavor. The noodles were freshly made too, thin and chewy in the best way, and they really held onto the broth. There's a little self serve station with pickled long beans and dried radish you can add yourself which was a nice touch, made it taste even better. Staff was friendly and they were totally cool about giving us more noodles and more broth whenever we wanted. Place was clean and cozy, perfect for a weekday lunch when you just want something warm and filling. Definitely coming back.
