- mini_gorillaSo we hit up this place called 313 Yang Zhuang and it's basically all about lamb — they do this whole iron pot stew thing and the order you eat in actually matters. You start with the broth, then move on to the meat, and finish with veggies and noodles. Kinda cool actually. The broth comes in different flavors and the clear one isn't greasy at all. The lamb is cut fresh right there and it's super tender, not gamey at all which I was honestly worried about. You HAVE to get the premium lamb ribs — eat them with the chive flower sauce, that's the move. And after the meal they give you free popsicles, which was such a nice touch. Service was really on point too. Location is great, super close to Caoqiao subway, and there's a few parking spots out front if you drive. Right now they're doing 20% off all the grilled stuff which is a solid deal. Overall really good experience, great for hanging with friends or a family dinner. I'd def come back.
