Nut QuartetNut Four Grid is an exquisite dessert made from four different types of nuts. Walnuts, almonds, cashews, and hazelnuts are individually roasted to golden crispness. Each nut is then placed into its own small compartment, forming a four-grid presentation. Finally, a light dusting of powdered sugar or other decorative elements can be added according to personal taste.
Tiramisu Mousse CakeTiramisu mousse cake is a dessert made primarily from mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, and sponge biscuits. After whisking egg yolks with sugar, mascarpone cheese is mixed in until smooth. Whipped egg whites are then folded into the yolk mixture to create a mousse base. Sponge biscuits are dipped in concentrated coffee and placed at the bottom of a mold, followed by pouring the mousse mixture. This layering process is repeated, then chilled to set before unmolding. The finished cake is dusted with cocoa powder for decoration.
