- Adrian_14The copper hotpot arrived at the table sizzling away and honestly the whole old Beijing vibe just hit me right away. The beef tallow broth was super rich with this sweet aftertaste, and when you dip the meat with the garlic paste, black vinegar, and sesame sauce mix they make, it just takes everything to the next level. The hand-cut whole lamb platter was so tender, you could see the texture clearly and it basically melted in your mouth. Their sesame sauce dipping station was the real star though — super fragrant and the balance was spot on. The staff were really friendly and attentive too, even helped remind us the order to cook things in. Whole experience was just really comfortable, definitely coming back!
