  Got the shrimp and beef mixed noodles and oh man, the shrimp were so bouncy and juicy, and the beef was thick and actually tender, not dry at all. The sauce was super rich and flavorful, and when I tossed everything together the smell just hit me. Noodles had a great chewy texture, really satisfying to eat. They also do free noodle refills and a seaweed soup on the house, and the broth was light and slightly sweet, perfect for cutting through all the richness. You can adjust the spice level yourself — mild is barely spicy at all, medium actually has some kick to it. Also tried the water chestnut and longan dessert soup at the end, which was sweet and refreshing. Honestly the whole experience was really comfortable and easy.
