  The lamb skewers were super tender, kinda had this subtle grassy/woody flavor to them, and honestly one bite and the juices just burst out, so satisfying. Definitely go for the Hulunbuir lamb skewers, perfect mix of fatty and lean and grilled just right. The staff was really friendly too, they'd flip the skewers for you and nailed the timing so nothing got overcooked. Vibe was really nice, sitting in the shade with the skewers and a cold beer, just good energy all around. They also had these little toasts and this thick drop-dumpling soup on the side which was great for cutting through all the richness. Overall I left pretty happy, ingredients tasted fresh and the flavor was super authentic.
