- noble_fava_beanBeen here a few times now and the beef noodles are honestly always solid. The broth is super light and clean, and the noodles are slippery with a nice little bounce to them. This time I went with their signature beef shank Lanzhou-style beef noodles plus the four-compartment side dish tray, and it all went together really well. Staff is just as friendly as usual and the food came out fast. Also grabbed some freshly grilled lamb skewers — super tender and packed with flavor. They had this free red date tea too, which was sooo warm and cozy on a winter day. Whole meal just felt really comfortable, pretty much the same as my other visits. Still a happy customer, will definitely keep coming back.
