Dishes
Master Kong Instant NoodlesKangshifu instant noodles are a quick-cooking noodle product made primarily from wheat flour noodles and seasoning packets. The noodles are fried or hot-air dried for long shelf life. Simply pour hot water over the noodles, wait a few minutes, and enjoy. The seasoning packet typically includes salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, dehydrated vegetables, and meat powder to enhance flavor.
Vegetarian DumplingsVegetarian dumplings are a dish made from vegetables. Main ingredients include tofu, carrots, and mushrooms. After being chopped, they are mixed together with an appropriate amount of starch and seasonings, stirred evenly, then shaped into balls and deep-fried until golden and crispy.
Custom Dipping SauceA self-made dipping sauce is a versatile condiment tailored to individual taste preferences, primarily made from ingredients such as soy sauce, vinegar, garlic paste, ginger paste, and chili oil, blended together through mixing and stirring. It enhances the flavor of various main dishes when served alongside them.
Sesame SauceSesame sauce is made from sesame paste, water, salt, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil; some versions include chili oil or sugar. Mix sesame paste with a little water until smooth, then add other seasonings and stir well to create a thick sauce.
Reviews
- heliotrope_cardamomCame here solo for some chuan-chuan and honestly it was way more chill than I expected. Tons of skewers to pick from, the beef ones were super flavorful, especially the pickled pepper and celery flavors. The tripe was nice and crispy, just a quick dip in the broth and it soaks up all the flavor — really satisfying. They also have a self-serve veggie section and the staff helped cook everything for me, ingredients tasted pretty fresh. Price is solid too, 2 yuan per skewer, left feeling really full. It's in the B1 level of a mall, place is clean, and sitting alone in the corner didn't feel awkward at all.
