- aurora_ryeThe noodles were super chewy, like the perfect kind of bounce, and honestly so satisfying to eat. The knife-cut noodles were so thin you could practically see light through them, and with that Shanxi aged vinegar on top — sour, a little spicy, totally wakes up your appetite. The beef in the saozi noodles was sliced fresh right there and smelled amazing. Food came out pretty fast too, didn't have to wait around, which is great for a quick weekday lunch. Prices are really reasonable and I left feeling pretty happy and full. Would definitely come back.
