The meat was tender and not dry at all, and rolling it up in the thin pancakes with the sweet bean sauce was honestly so good. So many layers going on in one bite. The chicken with egg white was silky smooth, like it melted the second it hit my tongue, and the egg flavor mixed with the chicken was just right. Our server actually took the time to explain the dishes when they brought them out, which was a really nice touch. The place was clean and had a nice vibe too — perfect for hanging out with friends. Also tried the chicken cubes with walnuts in a thick savory sauce and that was a winner, the chicken was tender, the walnuts had a great crunch, and the sauce was super rich. Overall a really solid meal, I'd happily come back.
