Reviews
- dreamy_ajwainThis place is near Qingnian Lu, super easy to find, and they're open late — till 3am, which is perfect for late night eats. Big plus for students too, very budget friendly. The beef is sliced fresh on the spot. The hanging dragon (the fatty lean cut) is amazing, just dip it in the hotpot for a few seconds and it's so tender and juicy. And the chest brisket oil part? Crispy and seriously delicious. The beef bone broth is cooked down really rich, super flavorful on its own, and tossing in some chopped celery makes it even better. They also do a late night discount which is a great deal. And the beef tendon balls — wow, they literally burst in your mouth, so bouncy and satisfying. Honestly gonna come back for sure.
