Loved the shredded cucumber and bean sprouts on top, gave it a really nice crunch. The noodles themselves had great texture, nice and chewy, so satisfying to eat through. The whole thing just tastes like classic old Beijing food. The place was clean inside and had a kinda retro vibe, comfy enough to sit and chill. Staff were friendly and actually took the time to explain the menu when I was ordering. I also got this fried sauce roll on the side, super crispy outside and soft and sticky inside, and dipping it in the sauce was such a fun combo. Overall a really satisfying meal, perfect for a quick bite. Would definitely come back.
