The pork ones literally burst with juice when you bite in — the filling is super firm and bouncy, skin is thin and chewy, honestly tastes just like the bao stands on the old streets when I was a kid. The fennel ones were really good too, filling was fragrant and not greasy at all, and they go perfectly with the free millet congee on the side. The liver stew had plenty of broth but was kinda salty, so maybe ask them to go easy on the sauce. Place is clean, open kitchen so you can see everything getting made which is nice, and food comes out fast. Solid breakfast spot.
