Reviews
- dwarfish_lotus_flowerNot far from home, so I end up here pretty often. The hand-sliced lamb is super tender — just dip it in the pot for a few seconds and it's ready, really delicate texture and zero gamey smell at all. The cold sliced lamb is worth trying too, really fresh and tender. The clear broth is simple and pure, you can actually taste that milky, rich lamb flavor come through. The vibe inside feels traditional and cozy, super clean, and I love that everyone gets their own little pot — way more hygienic. The sesame paste dipping sauce is on point, and they have a little sauce bar where you can mix your own, which makes everything taste even better. The baked sesame buns are crispy and perfect for eating alongside the lamb.
