The self-serve fruit and sauce bar has so much stuff, and they had those little green calamansi limes which I love for hotpot but rarely find anywhere. The beef is so fresh and has that perfect bouncy bite, the hanging dragon and tender cuts came out sweet and juicy after a quick dip in the broth, and the smell just hit me the second I walked in. The manager was amazing — stayed on top of everything, cooked all the meat and veggies for us, nailed the timing every time, so we got to just sit back and eat everything at its best without lifting a finger. Really solid experience all around, I'd totally come back.
