Reviews
- Zen_13The yellow croaker soup was so good, super rich and creamy with this milky white broth that had just a hint of black pepper. The fish itself was so tender, no annoying little bones at all, honestly one of the most comforting bowls I've had in a while. Then the Minnan radish rice (闽南萝卜饭) — oh man, salty and fragrant, the shredded radish had soaked up all the broth, and the rice was coated in this oily savory flavor with little bits of dried shrimp. I seriously had two bowls and wasn't even tired of it. Place was clean and cozy, soft lighting, totally fits a hangout with friends. Staff were super friendly and quick with the food coming out. For dessert I got the taro and date pastry (芋泥枣酥) and the sweetness was just right, perfect little ending to the meal. Overall really happy with this one, ingredients tasted fresh and flavors felt super authentic. Definitely coming back.
