Reviews
- tide_black_beanOkay so I went in not really knowing what to expect and honestly the sukiyaki here was so good. They do it the Kansai style which I guess means they brush the pot with butter first and sear the beef right in it, then you dip it in raw egg and wow it just melts in your mouth. Super rich and buttery flavor. The M8 wagyu shoulder was ridiculous, literally melted on my tongue and had this subtle creamy taste to it, really tender. For a buffet the spread was honestly impressive, lots of options at the meat station, sushi station, and desserts, everything felt fresh too. The vibe is very Japanese with the wood furniture and warm lighting, felt really cozy. Service was solid, they kept swapping out our plates and adding more broth without us having to ask. Would totally come back.
