Reviews
- Kestrel_21Came here specifically to try the weekday lunch solo catfish set, and honestly the value is great. The broth and dipping sauce both had that authentic Guizhou sour soup flavor going on, and the portion of fish was super generous, totally enough for one person. One heads up though — the dipping sauce on its own is pretty spicy, so if you can't handle heat definitely go light on it or ask the staff to tone it down. The vibe is really nice and chill, tables aren't crammed together, and the service is on point — they came by to refill the soup without me even asking. Besides the sour soup fish, they've also got grilled fish and other Guizhou dishes, and little side snacks like the tofu shreds and sour cabbage rice balls are worth adding to your order. Overall the flavors are legit, perfect if you're into sour and spicy stuff or just wanna wake up your appetite in the summer. If you're coming on a weekend though, try to go off-peak or you'll probably be waiting a while for a table.
