The pork and fennel dumplings were honestly amazing — thin skin, packed with filling, super savory, tasted just like the ones my grandma makes back home. The skewer menu is pretty long, and the lamb kidneys were a bit on the salty side, but the meat skewers and the tendon pieces were cooked perfectly, really nice and chewy with good bite. Paired it all with an ice-cold beer and honestly the whole vibe was super relaxed. The cold appetizers went great with the meal too, everything tasted fresh and solid, definitely the kind of place where you wanna slow down and enjoy it rather than rush. Would come back for sure.
