We went for a late lunch on a weekend so it wasn't too packed, got a private room and just chilled with some drinks — super cozy vibe. [the food] Flavor: everything's cut and grilled fresh to order. The sukiyaki beef bites and the snowflake wagyu skewers were literally bursting with juice. The rare beef with dipping sauce and the red willow branch fat-cap skewers live up to the hype. Their craft beer (raspberry/mango sour, plus a malty one) paired really well with everything. [the vibe] American sports bar feel, tons of big screens so watching games is awesome. It's in a cultural park so parking's easy and the seats aren't crammed together. They've got plenty of private rooms too — perfect for hanging out with friends. [service] Staff was super friendly, anything you needed they were on it. Food came out at a decent speed too. [value] Pretty reasonable overall, especially if you grab a group deal or coupon. Queues: usually not bad, but weekends at night or when there's a big game on, expect a wait. Parking: inside the cultural park it's not expensive. Outside the park there are a bunch of unofficial spots where everyone parks, but no clue if they actually ticket you there. Now the actual food — "rock-grilled pork belly" was sizzling and dripping with fat, wrap it up in lettuce with onion and it's so good. The "selected Ximeng lamb skewers" had great texture and they nailed the cook on them. "Honey-glazed chicken wings" were really flavorful and had a nice bite to them. "Sweet bread slices" weren't too sweet which I appreciated. The "beef fried rice with egg" was a huge plate, seasoning was just right, and every grain was perfectly separated.
