We went for the short rib (niu xiao pai) and the thick-cut beef tongue — both were so fresh, and once they hit the grill the juices were just going everywhere. Dipped them in the house sauce and honestly, so good. The place has a tatami-style setup and the vibe is really cozy, sitting around the grill chatting felt super nice. It's not a huge space but it was totally fine for the two of us to eat comfortably. We also ordered a calpis soda after — super refreshing, cut through all the richness, and I literally felt all the tension melt away.
