The marbling was so pretty and clear, and once it was grilled it literally melted in your mouth. The fat flavor and beef flavor hit you in layers. Paired with their special dipping sauce, it took everything up another level. The staff was super professional — they actually explain how to grill each cut and cook everything for you, which is such a relief. The place is set up really nicely, sitting around the warm grill felt super cozy. Oh and the fresh-cut marbled beef rolls wrapped with wasabi soy sauce were so smooth and delicate, the flavor just lingers.
