We ordered the cilantro beef brisket and the slices were super thin, grilled just right. Dipped it in the sauce and wow, so good. The fat-to-lean ratio was on point too, not greasy at all. Also got the short rib, which they grilled till slightly charred on the outside but still super tender and a little chewy inside. Added a pinch of sea salt and the flavor really popped. The service was great too — the staff actually grills the meat for you so you don't have to do anything yourself, which I loved. Overall really chill atmosphere, perfect for a date night.
