  Been here a few times before and came back with a friend this time — still just as solid as I remembered. The high-calcium lamb was super tender, like literally a few seconds in the hotpot and it's done, and the crunchy cartilage bits have this really unique texture. The Qianlong cabbage was fresh and not greasy at all, goes perfectly with the sesame sauce. Staff is still as friendly as ever, they even took the time to walk us through some of the specials when we were ordering. They also got these new robot servers now which is kinda fun, and food comes out way faster. Meat was fresh, portions are generous, prices are fair — honestly one of the more reliable hotpot spots around here.
