- Jody_6Went for lunch and hit up the yang xie zi (sheep spine) hotpot buffet — 49 kuai per person and all the sauces and snacks are included, honestly not a bad deal at all. The spine was cooked till it was fall-off-the-bone tender, the marrow just sucked right out, and there was a real solid amount of meat on it. Place was pretty packed when I went but the food still came out at a decent pace, and the staff were on it — kept clearing away the bones quick. It's tucked in a neighborhood spot, just a few minutes' walk from Jiaomen West metro station so super easy to get to. When I was done I just boxed everything up and took it to go, didn't have to wait around forever — pretty efficient honestly.
