Reviews
- shallow_oliveThis ramen spot was honestly a great surprise. The broth was super rich and deep, you could really taste the pork bone flavor and it had this layered taste that just kept building. The noodles had that perfect chewy bite to them, really satisfying. Toppings were solid too — cabbage, corn, pickled bamboo shoots, and a soft-boiled egg with that jammy yolk, all worked really well together. Service was friendly, the guy taking my order actually explained the menu patiently which I appreciated, and food came out pretty fast. The place is clean and has that simple Japanese vibe going on, perfect if you just wanna sit down and enjoy a quiet bowl by yourself. Oh and the pan-fried dumplings they threw in for an extra 10 yuan were actually really good too. Honestly for the price, you can't really beat it. Definitely coming back.
