Peking DuckPeking duck is a dish based on Peking roast duck, using tender Beijing duck as the main ingredient. The duck is marinated and roasted in a挂炉 to achieve crispy skin and tender meat. Sliced thin, it's typically served with lotus leaf pancakes, sweet bean sauce, scallions, and cucumber sticks.
Sweet Soy SauceSweet bean sauce is a seasoning made primarily from flour, fermented and cooked to perfection. It has a reddish-brown color, a sweet-savory taste, and a rich, aromatic flavor. It is commonly used in cooking to enhance the taste of dishes, especially in northern Chinese cuisine.

Lotus Leaf PancakeLotus leaf buns are a traditional snack made primarily from flour, named for their shape resembling lotus leaves. To prepare them, the dough is rolled into thin sheets, brushed with oil, and sprinkled with scallions, salt, and other seasonings. The dough is then folded into a lotus leaf shape and pan-fried until both sides turn golden brown.
Green Onion StripsScallion strips are a simple and refreshing side dish, primarily made from fresh scallions. The preparation involves washing the scallions and slicing them into thin, long strands, typically served alongside main dishes to enhance flavor. Scallion strips not only add a touch of green color to the dish but also their unique spicy taste can stimulate appetite.
Shredded CucumberCucumber丝 is a cold dish primarily made with cucumber. After washing the cucumber, slice it into thin strips, then sprinkle with salt and let it sit for a while to draw out excess moisture. Reviews
- mischievous_eucalyptusThe roast duck had this gorgeous golden, crispy skin — when I bit into it I could literally hear the crunch, and the meat was so tender, not dry at all. Got the duck frame done in cumin flavor, super fragrant and spicy in the best way, and it came with cucumber sticks and scallion rings which gave it all these different textures. Both the sweet bean sauce and the chili sauce were really flavorful, but I was kinda obsessed with the chili sauce — had this subtle sweetness to it that was so good. The guy carving the duck was super skilled, super clean work, even got all the little glands out (which I really appreciated lol). The place isn't huge but it's tidy, and the old Beijing-style decor gives it such a nice vibe. Honestly just a really comfortable experience overall, would definitely come back.
