Reviews
- zany_willowYuzhong Yu grilled fish place over on Yumin Road. Small spot but clean and the decor is actually pretty trendy looking. The grilled fish is their thing — we got the spicy one with the catfish and wow, the skin was so crispy and the fish was really flavorful with barely any bones. The side veggies were honestly a highlight too. The green beans were kinda sweet and went amazing with rice, and the wide noodles had that perfect chewy, bouncy texture. Service-wise there's not a ton of staff but they were quick, and the owner was really accommodating — the set deal didn't have a garlic version but I can't really handle spicy food, so after I mentioned it they made it for me anyway. One heads up though, lunch and dinner rush get pretty packed so I'd try to go off-peak. Also a few people were smoking inside even though there's a no-smoking sign, and nobody really said anything, so if you've got kids you might wanna keep an eye on that. Overall though, legit flavors, nice service, clearly a neighborhood favorite. Worth a try for sure.
