Reviews
- Frankie_26Stepped into this place and the Southeast Asian vibe hit me right away — wooden tables, soft green decor, super clean and fresh feeling. The staff were really warm, the second we walked in they handed us hot water and these crispy shrimp chips, and even while we were waiting for a table it didn't feel awkward at all. Ordered the Australian Phoenix wagyu "train" pho — the broth is apparently simmered for 24 hours from beef bones, and wow, so rich and sweet but not greasy at all. The wagyu slices were melt-in-your-mouth tender and the rice noodles had that perfect bouncy texture, plus you can get refills on the broth and add extra stuff, which was such a win. The green papaya salad was tangy and spicy, great for waking up your appetite, and paired really nicely with the lemongrass chicken leg. All the flavors just layered together so well, honestly a super comfortable experience from start to finish.
