Reviews
- Charlie_28Honestly, this place in Wangfujing apm totally lives up to the hype. The beef here is the real star — they use fresh meat from their own ranch, never frozen, and you can really taste the difference. The lean cuts were super juicy, the fatty ones had this amazing tender-crispy thing going on, and the low-fat shank was perfect too. Nothing was sliding off the plate, which is how you know it's fresh. We got the "beef king" combo platter and it was more than enough for two people. The vibe is really nice too — they've gone with a fresh flower theme, so it's bright and spacious, not that cramped hotpot feeling. The staff was honestly on point, someone actually helped us cook the meat and timed it perfectly (you know, a few dips in and out). For the broth, gotta go with the half-and-half — the bone broth side is super clean and light, amazing for veggies, and the tomato side is this rich sweet-tangy thing. Oh and don't sleep on the pomegranate coconut water. Looks gorgeous and it cuts through all the richness so well, honestly perfect pairing with hotpot. It's not the cheapest since it's inside a mall, but for the quality of the beef and the consistently good service, I'd definitely make a special trip back. Worth the stop.
