Reviews
- Gale_4Got the dried scallop and shrimp congee, and honestly the broth was so thick and creamy with the rice grains still perfectly distinct. The seafood flavor really soaked all the way through, the shrimp were super springy and tender, and you could taste the scallop coming through loud and clear. Also tried the Chaozhou oyster omelette (chao zhou hao lao) on the side — crispy outside, soft and juicy inside, and that sweet chili sauce on top was the perfect touch, super addictive bite. The three-cup chicken with holy basil (jin bu huang san bei ji) had really tender chicken and this rich, layered sauce that just kept hitting different. Staff were super friendly and warm, food came out fast, and they even brought over some freshly brewed gongfu tea that smelled amazing. Place is spacious and clean, great spot to hang out with friends.
