The shredded chicken has this super crispy skin and the meat itself is packed with flavor, doesn't even need any dipping sauce. And the crispy fried whole carp? That's my must-order every single time — fried up nice and crispy, and the fish stays really tender inside. One heads up though, after 9pm they're basically done for the night and won't seat you anymore, so if you wanna go, get there early. Overall the food is pretty consistent, the vibe and service are both solid, great spot to grab a casual meal with friends or family. If you're craving Hunan food, this place definitely does the job!
