- Sterling_1Got the special beef brisket yuanyang hotpot — half beef bone broth on one side, half spicy beef brisket on the other. The broth was super rich and tasted kinda sweet and warm going down, really hit the spot. The brisket was stewed til it was fall-apart tender, literally melted in my mouth. The radish and tofu had soaked up all that broth and were packed with flavor. Beef was sliced fresh to order, nice clear grain on it, super tender, amazing texture. The place itself was clean and tidy, simple decor but with some real style to it, and the seats were roomy and comfy. Sauce bar was clean too, easy to mix up whatever you want. Honestly the whole experience was just really comfortable, would totally come back.
