Reviews
- SashaWe ordered the lamb leg meat, lamb spine (yang xie zi), and the premium lamb chops, plus a few veggie dishes on the side. The lamb is sliced fresh and then stewed right away — you can really see the fat and lean layered together, and it gets cooked until it's so tender the bones just fall right out. Honestly no gamey smell at all, the meat is super soft, kinda melts in your mouth. The broth is really rich and flavorful, nice and warming too. Our server was awesome — super attentive, helped us split up the meat, scooped off the foam, and even walked us through a few different dipping sauce combos. The place itself is clean and cozy, with this warm yellow lighting that just makes you wanna chill. Overall, really solid experience, would definitely come back.
