Reviews
- diamond_fennel_seedBrought my family here on the weekend for a get-together and honestly the whole experience was just amazing. The vibe is unreal — it's got that Jiangnan courtyard feel with little bridges and water everywhere, and every step you take there's a new view. Super elegant, really well done. While we were waiting for a table they even brought us watermelon, which was such a nice touch. The food is a mix of Hangzhou-style and Beijing-style cooking, and they told us the ingredients get shipped straight from the Jiangzhe region, so you know it's fresh. Their signature is the 10-year huadiao wine chicken — the chicken is so tender it basically falls apart and there's this subtle sweetness from the wine, seriously blew me away. Also gotta mention the Lin'an bamboo shoot braised pork, super soft and full of flavor, and the Jiangnan-style drunken crab was so fresh and tasty, definitely order it. Service was great across the board. Perfect spot for a family dinner or hanging out with friends. Not gonna lie, it's not cheap, but honestly the atmosphere and the food are worth it. Oh and if you're going on a weekend, book ahead — this place is popular.
