Reviews
- bumbling_fava_beanThis place is super popular — we waited over half an hour just to get in. The plates are huge and the portions are seriously generous, so we ended up over-ordering again lol. But honestly the flavor totally lived up to the hype. Definitely try the tofu with braised pig brain and the big plate of bullfrog — both were amazing. We also got the shredded potato with Thai chili and this thing called "soul-crushing rice" that literally sounded too good not to try lol. Yeah… it did not crush my soul. Kinda underwhelming and pretty average honestly. Overall though, if you're into Sichuan food, this spot is worth the wait. The place itself isn't very big but the vibe is really nice. My friend and I sat at a table with this little wooden sign that said "Fumeng" which means something like "floating dream" or whatever, and it totally got my literary side going. Cheesy but I loved it!
