Reviews
- ash_owlFound this little braised meat stall near Anzhen Gate and wow, the braised pork trotters are honestly so worth it. The skin is super bouncy and chewy, the meat is really flavorful without being greasy, and there's that amazing collagen thing going on — totally addictive. They have a pretty good selection of braised stuff too, like the braised pork shoulder, smoked chicken, and tofu skin all had great flavor and a nice mix of tastes. The staff were friendly and even cut everything up for you, which was a nice touch. Sitting there munching on this stuff while binge-watching a show? Couldn't stop. If they ever add more donkey meat items to the menu that would be amazing, fingers crossed.
