The little skewers were packed with flavor, the soy sauce beef tendon and the beef brisket were insanely good, and the grilled dried tofu salad was something I had never tried before, smoky char mixed with that tangy kick was a really cool combo. The iron plate pollock was crispy on the outside, tender inside, lightly sweet but not heavy at all. Honestly the whole meal just felt really satisfying. The owner was super friendly and actually took the time to recommend stuff when we were ordering, service was great, and the place itself was clean and comfortable.
