The red fish slices were cut really thin, just dip them in the hotpot for a few seconds and they're done, so tender and fresh. The seafood congee was super smooth, had this subtle savory flavor, really warmed up my stomach and got my appetite going. The wagyu and lamb shank were sliced fresh, great balance of fat and lean, only takes a quick boil and the meat is so tender. The sauce station had tons of options, you can mix and match and the flavors really come together. Honestly felt good about eating here.
