Dishes
Sour Seasonal American SpecialThis dish features premium meats with seasonal fresh vegetables, prepared using American cooking techniques. Ingredients are marinated and then grilled or baked, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Side dishes include potatoes and onions, seasoned primarily with salt, black pepper, and American barbecue sauce.
Ethiopian Pour-OverEthiopian pour-over is a beverage made from coffee beans sourced from Ethiopia. After manual grinding, the coffee is extracted using the pour-over method, preserving the original flavor of the coffee.
Vienna CoffeeVienna coffee is a classic coffee beverage made from high-quality coffee beans, carefully ground and brewed. Its distinctive feature lies in the rich foam and fine powdered sugar it is served with, creating a smooth texture and layered flavors. To prepare it, freshly roasted coffee beans are ground into powder, then brewed using high-pressure steam to produce a rich and aromatic coffee. Next, whipped milk foam is gently poured on top, and finally, a thin layer of powdered sugar is sprinkled on the surface.
Reviews
- Riley_6Came here alone to chill for a bit and grabbed a craft beer that was really crisp and refreshing. The staff recommended the crispy pork knuckle (脆皮猪肘) and wow, super crispy skin with crazy juicy meat inside — was honestly so good, didn't expect it. They also had movies playing on a projector in the background which was a nice touch, kinda felt like my own little private screening while I sipped my drink. Seats aren't tons but it never felt cramped, and the vibe was pretty quiet and chill, perfect for a solo hang. Oh and the coasters were actually fun — you get to pick whatever style you want, which was a cute little detail. Overall a solid spot, would definitely come back.
