Two-color Fish HeadDouble-color fish head is a dish that uses fish head as the main ingredient, paired with ingredients of different colors for cooking. Fresh fish heads, such as those from bighead carp or silver carp, are typically used, combined with vegetables like green and red peppers. The dish is prepared by stewing or braising. Reviews
- ash_palmFound this fast food spot right by my campus and the new crispy chicken is honestly sooo good — the meat is super tender and the skin is perfectly crunchy, dipped in that rattan pepper sauce it's kinda addictive. The fries are crispy like always, really hit the spot. The place is clean inside and there's plenty of seating, gets a little packed on weekends but still pretty tidy overall. Caught them during a promo so the price was a total steal, super doable for a student budget. Staff was nice too, ordering was quick — great spot to chill after class.
