- astute_hedgehogCame out of the Renmin University subway station and it's like a few minutes' walk — the place is tiny but super packed and lively. We ordered the Guizhou lamb rice noodles and wow, the lamb was so tender and the broth was rich and fragrant, no gamey taste at all, and the chili oil on top made slurping up the noodles so satisfying. Also got the crispy pork and potato side — crunchy outside, soft and chewy inside, really good for cutting through the richness. The rose-flavored ice jelly was perfect for a hot day, super refreshing. Showed our student card and got a discount, so the value is honestly amazing. We split a set meal and it only came to a few dozen yuan total, super doable for broke students like us.
