Reviews
- giant_beechHonestly, the Hunan food here is super legit. The stir-fried beef with yellow chili was tangy and spicy and really hit the spot — beef was so tender and the white chili added this extra kick that just worked. The pork belly stir-fried with pork liver had insane wok hei, you could tell it was tossed over super high heat. Liver was done just right, not grainy at all, and the fat and meat flavor melted together perfectly. Place was clean and cozy too, wooden tables and chairs with these copper hotpots gave it such a nice vibe. The chopped chili fish head was crazy tender and packed with flavor, and that broth? So rich, went amazing with rice. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, gonna definitely come back and try more.
