Reviews
- maverick_antHonestly this oyster omelette was kinda mind-blowing. The edges were golden and super crispy — like, they literally shatter when you bite in — but the middle stayed soft and chewy. Oysters tasted really fresh, mixed up with sweet potato starch and egg, pan-fried in just a little oil on medium heat till both sides were perfectly golden. When you bite into it the oyster juice just bursts in your mouth with a little hint of sweetness. Looks simple but you can tell there's real skill behind it. Wow, seriously good stuff.
