Also got the cold noodles which were sweet and tangy, exactly what you want to cut through all that richness. Felt so good after eating. The sauce station was clean and had tons of options, all self-serve and refillable. The shop itself is tiny but smells amazing with all that charcoal smoke — gives off a real old Beijing vibe. Overall super satisfying meal, ingredients tasted fresh, and the price was pretty reasonable too. I'd come back for sure.
