  The goose with baby ginger was so tender, like really soft and kinda chewy in the best way, and the flavor had actually soaked all the way through. The sauce was clearly some kind of secret recipe thing — super rich, thick, and packed with aroma, and it just coated everything perfectly. The baby ginger had this sweet, fresh zing to it that cut through the richness without being overwhelming. Honestly the whole dish was fragrant but not gamey at all, and there was a lot going on flavor-wise in a good way. Would totally order this again.
