Dishes
Tomahawk Lamb ChopThe tomahawk lamb chop is made from bone-in meat taken from the leg, marinated and then pan-seared. The main ingredients include lamb chops, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and other seasonings. During preparation, high heat is used to sear the surface and lock in the juices, followed by slow roasting at low temperature to ensure a tender texture.
Meat PlatterA meat platter featuring various cooked meats such as ham, sausages, braised beef, and seasoned pig trotters, sliced after marinating, boiling, or smoking, served with scallions, ginger slices, or dipping sauce.
Sour CucumberPickled cucumbers are a preserved dish primarily made from cucumbers. The preparation typically involves washing the cucumbers, slicing them or using them whole, placing them in a container, adding seasonings such as salt, sugar, vinegar, and spices, then sealing and allowing them to ferment for a period until they are fully flavored and have a tangy, crisp texture.
Reviews
- ChaseThis little place sits right on the street and honestly it's not much to look at from the outside — super tiny, only 6 tables inside. Every single one was reserved when we got there, and yeah, we had to book ahead too. The menu's pretty short, but I noticed pretty much every table had ordered their set meal. We were a group of 6 so we just went à la carte and mixed it up. Everything comes out raw/plain and you cook it yourself at the table which is kinda fun. Tried the beef short rib with black pepper and pork belly with pickled cabbage (suan cai) and wow both were really really good. Definitely coming back, just remember to reserve!!
