  This place right downstairs from my office is usually pretty chill and not crowded, which is great for taking a break between work stuff. Super quiet vibe, easy to just sit and reset for a bit. Ordered through their mini program on my phone and it came really fast, no waiting in line at all. Got a flat white and honestly it was really smooth and creamy, definitely did the job waking me up. Seating inside is pretty spacious and they've even got some chairs out front which is perfect if you need to duck out for a quick chat or call. Staff were super friendly too, answered every question I had without making it feel like a hassle. Overall just a really comfy spot, will probably be coming back on the regular.
