  We ordered the stir-fried yellow beef, smoked bamboo shoots with cured pork, and stinky mandarin fish — everything was super authentic. The beef was so tender and silky, and the chili flavor was just amazing, seriously addictive. The bamboo shoots had soaked up all the flavor, nice and crunchy with a good chew, and paired with the cured pork it gave off this really rich Hunan-style taste. The stinky mandarin fish was super meaty, and yeah it smells funky but it's got this fresh, savory thing going on, with a slightly spicy sauce that just lingers in the best way. Ingredients tasted fresh, flavors were legit, service was on point, and the place was clean. Definitely coming back next time.
