Reviews
- Tatum_14Came here alone for some skewers and honestly was a little worried it'd be awkward eating by myself, but nope, felt totally comfortable. The place is clean and bright, you can smell the charcoal grill the second you walk in, and the vibe is super chill. Ordered the fresh lamb skewers (xian chuan yang rou chuan) — they're grilled on real iron skewers, the meat is bouncy and not gamey at all, and when you bite into it the juice just goes everywhere. Reminded me of skewers I used to eat as a kid. The charcoal-grilled beef tendons were crispy and packed with flavor, and they go perfect with a cold beer. Also tried the grilled bread and the northeast-style pork fat edges (dongbei da you bian), both really unique and just the right portion for one person. Left feeling super full and happy, would definitely come back.
